We are so excited to meet some great new people and have all of our participants work together to motivate one another to reach our goals. I personally have been out of my fitness routine for a while so I am excited to work alongside all our participants and can&#8217;t wait to see our results!</p>
<p>In all fairness- I am going to post my stats so you can follow the journey as I try to<strong> Commit to get Fit</strong></p>

<li>Body Fat: 28.2%</li>
<li>BMI: 24.3%</li>
</ul>
