The time has come and the weight-loss challenge is finally upon us! We are so excited to meet some great new people and have all of our participants work together to motivate one another to reach our goals. I personally have been out of my fitness routine for a while so I am excited to work alongside all our participants and can’t wait to see our results!

Free Golf and Fitness Clinic
PGA Golf Instructor, Brad Smith and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Chris Stuckey will conduct a free Golf/Fitness Clinic on Tuesday, April 24 at 7:00pm. The free clinic will be held at the G.A.C. Fitness, 827 W. Central Ave. in Springboro. Aspects of the golf swing along with the importance of stretching and conditioning will be covered. Learn how to enjoy the game for many years.
