Our SilverSneakers program is designed specifically for older adults who want to improve strength, balance, flexibility and improve overall wellness in a safe, supportive environment. Whether you're new to exercise or looking to stay active and independent, our experienced instructors are certified in aging adults and are prepared to adjust to your needs.
Each class blends low-impact cardio, resistance training and mobility exercises tailored to your pace and ability level. We focus on functional movement to support everyday activities, reduce fall risk and keep you feeling energized and capable. Plus, our welcoming community makes every workout feel like a social event — because staying fit should be fun and fulfilling.
